• GOOD MORNING

  Well it has been a tough week around here, but things are getting better , the pain of losing someone is always with us and we will always miss them, but I am glad she is no longer suffering.

  I had talked to her the Sunday before and she sounded fine all happy and chipper and her kids and grandkids were visiting with her and I told her I would be out to see her the next day, the next morning I called and her daughter said she had a bad night, and when I got there she was in bad shape and in alot of pain and she was just out of it, we had just started hospice care the week before for her as her pain was geting worse and they could be there to help they had her on morphine every three hours but it was like she fell off a mountain from Sunday to Monday and went all the way to the bottom I am not sure she even knew I was there I stayed most of the day trying to help her, then Iwent back the next day and she was worse and they up her morphine to every hour, I think up to this point I still believe she would win the battle but then it really came home that I was really going to lose her and it was now I called Wednesday morning and her daughter said she could get her to wake up but she was sleeping and didn’t seem to be in any pain, she was just laying there sleeping and could not be woken up not even for her meds, I knew she was going but she was going peacefully , like God had taken over and she was at peace and out of pain, the next morning I woke up at 3 am and knew in my heart she had left us.
